In lieu of a traditional invitation for Carlson Capital’s holiday party, each employee was gifted with a keepsake that set the tone of the party. 150 large Maneki-Neko, Japanese cat figurines that bring good fortune, were individually tagged with gold-foiled cards detailing party info at Uchi Dallas, a highly acclaimed Japanese restaurant the blends both traditional and modern elements together.
